Adult expat residents

  • You must have a Valid QID or passport with a valid residence permit
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Proof of residence: You can give them a copy of a utility bill (phone, water/electricity)

National Adult Residents

  • You must have a copy of your passport or Qatar ID number
  • You must have a copy of your passport-size photograph and old health card (if you want to renew it).

National Child Residents

  • You must have a birth certificate or passport with a QID number.
