Adult expat residents
- You must have a Valid QID or passport with a valid residence permit
- Passport-sized photo
- Proof of residence: You can give them a copy of a utility bill (phone, water/electricity)
National Adult Residents
- You must have a copy of your passport or Qatar ID number
- You must have a copy of your passport-size photograph and old health card (if you want to renew it).
National Child Residents
- You must have a birth certificate or passport with a QID number.
- One passport-size photograph, vaccination card or polio card (for first-time issues for children born in Qatar), and old health card (in case of renewals).

Step 3: Now sign in; if you do not have an account, you can sign up first.
Step 4: When you login then, select “E-Services”
Step 5: Now select “Apply for Health Card”.
Step 6: Now fill up all the required details amd Upload the required documents.
Fees for Hamad Health Card

- If you are Qatar, adults and children you will pay QR 50.
- If you are a national adult resident and have children, you will pay QR 50.
- If you are an adult resident and have children, you will pay QR 100
